The other day I was asked a very interesting question and I want to share the answer with you. The question was from a guy who was just making his first business steps and who wanted to host teleseminars. He still didn’t have many info products to sell but he wanted to know what special bonuses he could give to the people who took part in his teleseminars. He was after valuable, yet easy to create gifts. Of course, I could give him a lot of advice, as you will see in this article.
Audio is very, very simple and that if you have experience or a knowledge base surrounding a certain topic, it is way easier for you or for me and to get on the phone and teach people about it or have somebody ask you questions and you just answer them because you already have a knowledge base surrounding that topic area.
As a result, the audio can be repurposed a multitude of different ways. Number one, you can use the audio just straight up as a recording that people can then download. Number two, you can get it transcribed and you can turn that into some type of an eBook or special report or something of that nature or you can pack them both together and you can turn it into a physical product.
I myself prefer the audio to have some form or shape and that’s why I make teleseminars. Some time ago I used to make a teleseminar weekly. I was in product creation mode and I wanted to create really a lot of products. I did teleseminars on every topic imaginable, recorded them and transcribed them.
Now I have many products and I can use them in many different ways. The easiest way is to directly sell the product. Another approach is to offer the products as bonuses – either as part of an affiliate offer, or as a bonus for some of the packages I sell.
For me the fastest way to create content and products with minimum efforts is to record an audio. Teleseminars work for me because they combine adding value (for the people who listen to you) and selling the content. In fact, with teleseminars you are paid to create the bonus and you can use it as content, too.
Teleseminars are a speedy way to create content because the information just pours. You don’t have to sit down and think and get angry when you can’t think of something great. But even if you feel you can’t come up with brilliant ideas, you can always interview somebody – just write 10-12 questions and if the answer to each question is 5 minutes long, you have a 60 minute video.
Another great idea to create content and bonuses easily is to write tip series. Tips are easy to absorb and readers love them.
If you have expertise in a particular area, sit down and write a list of 10-20 tips. If necessary, you can expand the tips later. Print each tip on a separate page and distribute them.
Checklists are one more cute idea for a bonus. Customers like checklists because a checklist gathers all the necessary stuff in a very condensed format. Checklists spare the hassle to read through tens or thousands of pages because they have all the important info listed as separate steps.
Of course, there are many more bonus ideas you can think of. However, if you want to be productive, it is very important that you reuse your work. In the case of teleseminars, no matter if you personally did it or you interviewed somebody else, the real value is that you have created the product from it.
Recently I was asked a question about outsourcing partners. The person who asked me said that he couldn’t find outsourcing partners, who provide the level of responsiveness he needs. He thought that maybe his expectations were too high and asked me about the reasonable level of responsiveness one can expect. Read my answer below:
When working with outside contractors, it is always vital that you give them a deadline, which is at least a week ahead of your own deadline. So, you will have one week to react. However, don’t tell your outsourcing partners about that. In most cases outsourcing partners work on many projects at the same time and it is a bit of a challenge for them to allocate the right amount of time for each project. That is why outsourcing partners generally pay more atttention to projects, which have a fixed end date, or which are urgent.
You should always tell your expectations before you start the project. Always ask your potential outsourcing partners if they are able to take new clients and if they have the time to devote to you.
If they can take new clients and they have the time to devote to your project, your next question is about the turnaround time on the project. They will tell you when you can expect them to start and finish the project.
Then you want to follow that one up just to make sure you say, “Okay, so from my understanding, if I give you a project on Monday, it is going to be completed by XYZ date,” whatever their timeline may be. That way, you won their commitment in terms of they are the ones that have shared with you their timeline and they have agreed and committed to that.
From there, what I like to do is give them a project that is not time sensitive in a sense that it needs to be done right away, just to test the water, to see how they respond and how the communication is going back and forth.
The next question we need to clarify is about the time and ways to communicate. There are many ways to communicate – phone, email, instant messagers (such as Yahoo, Skype, MSN, etc.) Clarify how they prefer to communicate and also when. It is important to know at what time of the day you can reach them.
The best time for communication is important to know because different people work at different times. Some people work mainly at night because then they work best. Other people work during normal work hours.
Work hours are really important and you need to clarify this in advance. If you have a vital question to ask them and they work mainly at night, you will be trying in vain to reach them during normal business hours.
Another important tip for successful partnership is to give them as much information as possible, thus reducing the guesswork to zero. Maybe not everybody else does it but since this approach delivers the best results for me, I usually stick to this rule.
For example, when I am working with outsourcing partners on the creation of a website, I give them a list of sites I like, so that the webmaster can get an idea of what I want.
I select a couple of sites (5 or 10) and tell what I like. For instance, I might like the colors, or the fonts, or the arrangement in a site. All these examples help to clarify what I want.
As you guess, the process of picking sites takes a lot of time. However, in fact it does save a lot of time and effort because when your outsourcing partner has clear guidelines, less communication is necessary and their task is easier. As a result, this is a very effective approach and that’s why I use it with my outsourcing partners.
I have already stated that the most important issues you need to clarify are managing your expectations and getting commitment (including clarifying the timeframe) from your partner. Another very important issue is to discover the best way for communication and the best time to do it.
Then also, your first project with any Outsource partner definitely make it a project that for you is not time sensitive but you are basically using that project to test the waters. If you are not comfortable with them, do not give them any other work because there is something that is telling you that it is not right so move on to the next.
Sometimes it is one of those trial and error situations where you go through a bunch of them until you find somebody that you enjoy working with and produces great work. Once you find that relationship, you want to hang on to it with everything you have got.
This short guide covers a great selection of flying experiences such as Hot Air Balloon Rides, Flying Lessons in a Plane or Helicopter, Aerobatic Flights, Microlighting, Skydiving, Hang Gliding, and Sightseeing Flights including Helicopter Flights over London and many more These Flying Experiences are ideal as Birthday Gifts, Xmas Gifts or any other Gifts for special occasions.
Tandem Skydiving. Throwing yourself out of a plane at 10,000 feet might be considered utter madness. But if close friends start wondering aloud about your sanity, you can reassure them that you’ll be attached (literally) to an expert instructor and that, frankly, you’re in for an experience so exhilarating that you’ll probably never stop talking about it. Your experience normally begins with a thorough briefing on skydiving and landing techniques, before you go up in the plane. You’ll then be securely harnessed to your instructor, who will help you jump from the plane (or at least help you fall with style). You’ll get about 30 seconds of freefall, which is so completely incredible there’s no point in trying to describe it. Then your instructor will open the parachute and control your descent while you admire the view and try to come to terms with the adrenaline rush.
Hang Gliding. As a close cousin of paragliding you’ll usually find hang gliders launching side by side paragliders on a hot summer’s day as the thermals are rising. Hang Gliding involves hanging underneath a wing and controlling your direction and speed with the use of a bar and your body weight. If you have ever seen hang gliders launching themselves head first off a top of a hill and thought that you wouldn’t mind a go, then like a baby bird leaving the nest we can help you take those scary first few steps!
Aerobatic Flying. These experiences often take place in arguably the best aerobatic training aircraft in the world. You will receive a comprehensive briefing before your flight where you will be able to ask any questions you may have. Once airborne, your instructor will demonstrate a full aerobatic sequence for you to watch, learn and enjoy. They will then invite you to handle the controls of the aircraft (only if you want to!) so you can experience the sheer thrill and exhilaration of proper aerobatic flying. A unique experience never to be forgotten!!!!
Helicopter Rides. You will be welcomed and receive a pre-flight briefing by a Qualified Flying Instructor. Once aboard the dual-controlled training helicopters your flight will commence, and you will have the opportunity to take to the controls if you wish. You will fly in the agile and manoeuvrable Helicopter at head spinning speeds. This is great fun and could be your first step towards getting your Private Pilots Licence.
Microlighting. Escape from the boredom of life and conventional flying – experience microlighting! Upon arrival you will normally be briefed on the principles of microlight flying. From there you will be taken to the microlight for a general familiarisation of the aircraft and run-through of the controls. After this it’s time to zoom from the airfield into the sky for the 30 minute flight of a lifetime! Once in the air you will have the chance to take controls of the aircraft and so get the thrill of actually piloting a microlight.
Hot Air Ballooning. Have you ever looked up to see a hot air balloon drifting silently overhead? With these experiences it’ll be you in the basket of the balloon, looking down as everyone else is still waking up. First off (with feet still firmly on the ground!), you’ll meet your pilot and get a flight safety briefing, before helping to prepare and inflate the balloon then climb into the basket, ready for launching. Flying at heights of up to 5,000 feet, you’ll gaze down at the beautiful views of the countryside below and enjoy the restful peace and quiet (except for when the propane burners are going that is). Because the balloon moves with the wind, you’ll feel no wind at all, just sheer enjoyment. After landing you can help the crew pack the balloon away, before enjoying a celebratory glass of champagne (or soft drink) and being driven back to the launch site (who knows where you’ll land? – you can’t steer balloons!).
Indoor Skydiving. Imagine a wind tunnel that could be used for testing the aerodynamics of an F1 racing car, turn it upright, jump onto the airflow and you are skydiving. It’s a proven concept operating in several countries to the benefit of the skydiving community and anyone else who wishes to taste the thrill of freefall in a completely safe environment. After check-in there’s a short class with a video brief and instruction, then it’s off to collect your flight gear. You and your group will enter the tunnel and take it in turns to fly… Go on – get skydiving…
Flying. Feel the adrenalin rush as you take the controls of a light plane and soar across the sky! You can get one-to-one training with a Civil Aviation Authority licensed instructor, and your flying time counts towards a Private Pilot’s licence. Normally included is one-to-one training from a CAA licensed instructor, introduction to flying, aircraft controls and safety and a cross country flight of up to 1 hour with the opportunity to take the controls. These experiences normally last approx. 1-2 hours.
Some time ago I was asked a very interesting question: “It is very difficult to find online JV partners and affiliates for my business. My business is mainly offline. Can you give me some ideas what to do?” Many people ask this question and because of that I think it is best if I share my answer with them. That’s why I wrote this article.
If you find people that are marketing to them offline, then you are the bridge to help bring those people online. So that is going to be a very attractive offer for somebody who primarily maybe focused on marketing to these offline candidates through offline means.
You are now bringing them an opportunity that says, “Hey, I am willing to take care of all of the groundwork, by setting up an online campaign that will teach them about XYZ. Would you be open to possibly being one of my guests, adding a couple of tips or something of that nature”?
The real benefit for your partners is that they can become your affiliates and you will pay them a commission for their sales.
The other thing that you may want to do is that they have probably got list of people and they primarily market to them offline. What about putting a proposal to them that you would pay for an offline campaign to their particular customers to drive them through their affiliate links to an online teleseminar?
The method I describe has made miracles for us in the past. The scheme is a win-win situation for both partners, which is a rare case in the beginning of a joint venture. The benefit for your partner is that he or she won’t have to pay for the campaign but will profit from everybody who registers via his or her affiliate link.
As you see, the above arrangement is of mutual benefit – your partner makes money as an affiliate, you get a list of people (and their emails), who are interested in a product you market.
It will help them to see that there is an online opportunity and that would work well for you down the road if they are interested in setting up any type of an affiliate arrangement.
In todays market you have to be ahead of your competitors. You always want for your competitors to copy what you are doing not the other way around.
You will notice that companies with hot products lead their industry in more areas than one.
If you have one product that is a hot item, that can be your ticket. If you have an idea for a cutting edge item that may be your big break in todays market. What is a cutting edge product?
A cutting edge product can be new or it can be old. For example Taco Bell changes the color of their shell to orange and the item started to sell because it was different than its competitors.
Changing the appearance on a product can make all the difference. Do not make the move too quick. You will never see green golden arches on McDonalds.
So take a look at your products and start looking at what the market is telling you about your product. The hottest products of next year haven’t even been thought of yet.
Think of what is already selling and look for ways to make them different and less affordable. Less affordable is a gold mine. the iPod is having to go down in price because so many people are buying lower brands of mp3 players and with video capabilities.
When you see items, look at their potential. Can you flip the item for profit? People do it all the time but they do something different to it. Undercut your competitors and come out on top.
The other day a person asked me a very important question. The guy was looking to establish a joint venture partnership with other fellows, he had found on article directories but he was a bit confused because on article directories you can find all sorts of people and not all of them are worth dealing with. So, this article is the response to his question how to find suitable partners on article directories.
That’s correct – when there are so many different kinds on people on article directories, you need to find a way to filter the reliable guys from the unreliable ones. I myself have developed a whole filtering system and one of the first rules is about the vibes I get from the other person – are the vibes good or bad? Also, are they looking for a long-term cooperation or not?
I myself prefer long-term relationships – quick fixes are not for me. I hate when we are together for a month or two and then we go separate ways. This simply is not my cup of tea. Also, I always check if a potential partner has had past partnerships or at least projects with other people. Very often I will contact my potential partners’ former partners and ask them about their experience together.
A couple of weeks ago I was contacted by a very well-know marketer. He wanted me to be an affiliate manager for him. The first thing I did after our first conversation was over was to contact an acquaintance I knew had worked with him in the past. My acquaintance told me many things about my potential partner and this information was more than useful to me.
The other thing to look for is, “How do they market to their customers?” Jump on their list. How do they communicate with their list? Do you get a good feel by the way they send out emails and write and so forth.
Another suggestion I can give is to become a customer of the people you are interested in. I guess this might be an extra mile to go but it will give you hands-on experience about the way they treat their customers.
A clever way to judge JV’s conversion potential is to join their affiliate program. This test will show you how many people you can forward to their website and how many of them make a purchase. Become an affiliate of them and you will know if their product is a best-seller or not.
A great question a guy once asked me was about how to get business clients. The guy was a consultant – i.e. he was selling products and services to companies and he wanted to know if I could give him ideas how to get more business clients. Sure, I can give him and everybody else lots of ideas how to get more business clients and that is why I wrote this article.
When you are looking for new business clients, you should start with your existing partners. Companies you have worked for can endorse you to their customers. Chances are that their customers might need somebody with your skills and this is a win-win situation.
I know one speaker that I worked with, who delivers presentations to not only companies but also associations. Associations are great by the way because they have got people from all kinds of different companies who are members of that particular association.
His presentations include some advanced marketing tactics – i.e. a referral campaign and a lottery. Everybody, who gives a testimonial and gives his or her name and contact info, is eligible for the lottery. The lottery prizes are gift certificates with discounts for his presentations. This is great for him because this way he gets repetitive engagements.
The discounts he offers are not negligible – as far as I remember, his gift certificates were for $500 and $250. He usually charges $5,000 per presentation, so the discount is tangible. The catch is that if the certificate is not redeemed within a predefined period of time, for instance 3 or 6 months, it is voided. The risk to have the certificate expire makes people take action – in this case, to hire him for another presentation.
If the winner does not redeem the gift certificate, this is as if he or she had burned money. This moment is critical because this is the trigger for action – redeem or lose money. Everybody is happy with this arrangement because people enjoy his presentations and they get a gift certificate, which has a value and gives them one more excuse to hire him again.
It is important that people have a good reason to hire you again. I believe you can think of many intelligent ways to include such offers in your sales proposal. When you have the people in front of you, you can capitalize on that experience – just remind them later how much they liked your stuff and this will make them want it again.
These days, lots of people are in search of a good high potential home based career. A well chosen home based opportunity might become a powerful second income stream, or a new business that could change your future. Let us show you some of the possibilities that might be right for you.
A lot of great home based career businesses that you can find are internet opportunities. An internet job has many good features when stacked up against other kinds of home based jobs. Having an internet based enterprise, you will get some nice features that you won’t get in different opportunities.
I think the most powerful characteristic of a properly built online company is that it operates all day, all year. This benefit, on it’s own, shows us that it makes a money making website a powerful option for a home based career. Just imagine working an operation that creates money while you’re out of the office.
There are a couple of different methods that an entrepreneur can select from to get rich on the world wide web. We will split the list of potential choices into two particular lists. The categories are one, having an online job, and second, being self employed.
The initial list will have the sort of job that you get a job, and are paid by, someone. We will mention many kinds of online, stay at home, job offers to be found. This list would certainly be composed of, virtual assistant, answering service, and consulting.
There is very little required to get any of the jobs like these. Obviously, you have to be educated, or willing to be taught, to accomplish the work required. You most definitely will also need phone services for pretty much any of these particular types of internet jobs.
The final thing that everyone will need is a computer. If you’re good, many of these companies are very happy with a work from home arrangement. Your employer benefits not just from your production, and your equipment, but also saves work space.
The second group shows the opportunities that are for any of you who want to create their own business. The list of these careers that you can try are composed of, website development, developing e-products, and marketing. This list is just a small sample of all the possible choices that can be found.
In these endeavors, you will be working for yourself. You have to choose your own work schedule, and you will be wearing all the hats in your new business. The potential for profits are there, as are the required efforts, when working your very own business.
Generally speaking, it will be better for you to set out on this untried venture as a secondary income. The effect of this will be to take the pressure off during the time you start your new business. Then, if things have gone well, you will choose whether you will shift over to your growing business as a full time career.
Work from home careers seem to be the direction things are going. Do the work, and take note of all the options that you can find. If you do things right, you could find financial success.
These days, it seems like everyone is in search of a well chosen quality home based work opportunity. A quality home based career might become a potent second income, or a career change that can change your life. Here are some of the opportunities that might have you working from home soon.
Some of the more outstanding home based job businesses available are online endeavors. An internet based business has many advantages when measured up to different kinds of home based jobs. With an internet venture, you will find lots of features that you don’t find from other fields.
You will see that the greatest advantage of a properly built internet operation is that it works for you 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. This one characteristic, by itself, leads to making an online business a fantastic option for a home based business opportunity. Just imagine working a business opportunity that makes you income during the time you’re asleep.
You will come across a couple of classic techniques that an entrepreneur can pick from to earn an income online. We will break this list of potential choices apart into two specific groups. The two groups are one, being hired by someone, and two, being an independent contractor.
The initial list will have any type of occupation where you are employed, and get paid by, an employer. You will come across many kinds of web based, work from home, employment possibilities to be found. This list must include, bookkeeping, virtual secretary, and writing adds.
There isn’t much that you need to get hired for nearly any of these jobs. Definitely, you need to be experienced, or willing to be trained, to do the job involved. Almost for sure you will be required to have a phone for most of these particular types of online jobs.
The last, and most obvious, item that everyone will be required to have is your own computer. If you do good work, nearly all businesses prefer a work from home arrangement. Your employer is helped not just because of your work, and your equipment, but also doesn’t need to give up work space.
The second category has online business options that will be for those of you who desire to be their own boss. The list of these opportunities that are out there are comprised of, consulting work affiliate selling, and publishing. This list is only the tip of the iceberg of the endless variety of choices that you can discover.
With these opportunities, you will find that you are on your own. You have to choose how much time you put in, and you need to make all the decisions in your online business. The chance to make a lot of money is there, but so are the responsibilities, in running your own online business.
In most cases, it is very beneficial to begin your new venture as a secondary income. The effect of this will be to reduce the stress as you initiate this new opportunity. The Internet serves as an information center; it also allows us to stay in touch with our near and dear ones. In addition to all these, the Internet also allows us to grow rich. How? The following paragraphs would answer this question.
Affiliate Marketing, technical writing, ablogginga, reading e-mails and completing surveys are some of the popular ways of earning money using the Internet. However, thanks to those hundreds of fraudulent people who gave birth to aonline scamsa, millions continue to part with their hard earned money.
I would not say that I have never been ascammeda. Perhaps, being a victim of aonline scamsa has helped me in taking better decisions as far as choosing aonline platformsa to earn money is concerned. How should one deal with aOnline Scamsa?
The best way to deal with them is not to be lured by the tall claims they make. For instance, if you come across a web site that claims of making you rich in a week (and asks for a membership fee for the same), then you can be sure you are being ascammeda.
\”Donat start work from home until you read others reviews…\” If you read the reviews posted by Internet users from across the world, you would save yourself a lot of time as well as money. Online reviews disclose the authenticity of aonline scamsa.
Credit card information should never be revealed to a site that you are unsure about. Many fraudulent websites do not have a real contact address. The only way to contact them is through e-mail. This is a sure sign that the site is not legit.
Search engines can be valuable tools to find legitimate home based business opportunities. Using strong keywords such as ahome business opportunitya can reveal good results. Internet marketers themselves can even be victimized by online scams though, so you still need to be careful.
Always remember to read others reviews about websites before getting involved. Never join a website that asks for a fee. This will help you avoid the possibility of getting scammed. Also remember that you cannot get rich for free. Work will be required even if you are doing it from home.
